Your support ensures access to affordable, quality surgical care for hundreds of patients in Bolivia and Paraguay! Through medical equipping, the training and mentorship of local medical teams, and direct patient care, together, we provide renewed life for patients facing medical and economic hardship. Watch our Gala video, One Life Transforms Many: Fellowships at Home, highlighting the work of our Neurosurgery and Neurology Institute. The video shares the story of our Fellowship at Home training model in Paraguay and how this partnership helped save the life of a boy named Iam.

Featuring Dr. Richard Moser (honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Fiesta Gala), U.S. missioner Dr. Nirav Patel, and Paraguayan neurosurgeon Dr. José Kuzli, it shows how their collaboration and training in complex AVM neurosurgery made Iam’s life-saving surgery possible.

RICHARD MOSER, MD has dedicated his knowledge & resources to expanding neurology and neurosurgical care in Bolivia & Paraguay. He has led 44 neuro mission trips, inspired the founding of our Neurosurgery and Neurology Institute (NNI) and has served as a Solidarity Bridge board member since 2004.
