Information Collection and Use
Solidarity Bridge collects personal information if and when you make a donation. Such information includes name, mailing address, email address, and phone number. Our purpose in collecting your personal information is to send e-newsletters regarding Solidarity Bridge or to contact you when necessary, including in relation to the tax-deductable nature of donations. Solidarity Bridge will never share, give, or sell your personal information to anyone.
We understand the importance of security for our donors. When you send information to us through our website, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to process donations and send emails. We work with partners to ensure that our websites are protected and that your information will not be misused, altered, or lost. Our information databases are hosted locally and are backed up by an Egnyte firewall, which uses AES 256-bit encryption. This means that even if someone were to gain access to our databases, the data would be impossible to read.
